As others have said, this is an incredibly honest company. I initially reached out to them to install a couple of condenser blankets and do routine service on the units at a home we recently purchased. We were very pleased, so when one of our units suddenly stopped working yesterday, I immediately reached out to them for help. Heather was SO helpful. Once I described the problem, she knew exactly what had happened and talked me through how to fix it myself! You cannot ask for better service than that. We will definitely stay with these folks for any future work/maintenance and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone else who wants an honest HVAC company.

Wowed by the honesty of this company. I called various places before calling polar express. As soon I explained what was going on with my AC, the gentleman did not hesitate to tell me that it should be an easy fix and he didn’t want to charge me to come out if he didn’t have to. Where do I even begin? Never have I had so many good things to say about a company just from ONE service call. Our AC stopped working in the middle of the night during a heat advisory of course. I called in the morning and was lucky enough to get a same day appointment. Mohammed showed up over an hour earlier than scheduled and fixed our issue in a matter of minutes AND at a fair price. He also explained why we kept having this issue and gave recommendations on how to fix it. I ran into another problem when he left and called the office. I received their voicemail since they were tied up, so I hung up and tried Mohammed directly. He picked up immediately and walked me through the steps to fix it. Then, Jason from the office called me back just moments later. I was so surprised a company would actually call me back to see what I needed even though I didn’t leave a message. I will only use Polar Express going forward. They understand the importance of good service and truly care about getting the job done right!

I came home from the hospital only to find that at 2:30 on a Friday my AC was off and it was 92 degrees inside. I called and spoke to Jason and he said he had a cancellation and Derrick would be there as soon as he left his last job.Derrick arrived within an hour and checked it out, he determined that it did need replacing which I thought because of the age. I received a quote on Friday night and spoke to Mohammed on Saturday that they could install on Monday. The quote was very good with all the information I needed. I did not get my AC unit from them only because a coworker's husband has a company that I didn't know on Friday. They have a toddler and a baby on the way so I wanted to support them.If I didn't then I definitely would have been having Polar Express do the job!!!

Mohamed is by far the best in town. There have been several times that he has come through for myself and my family with solutions to the actual issues with our HVAC systems. Most recently, we were out of town with our mother in law house sitting when our air handler had a power issue. We called another company as I didn't have Mohamed's number on hand. They came out twice, wasted several days ordering parts and refused to repair our system insisting on replacement. Luckily I was able to reach out to Mohamed on Facebook, let him know of our troubles and he squeezed us in the same day. Literally 3 hours after we talked, the ac that another company assured us was completely dead was running like a champ. I won't call anyone else for service. Update: It has been two years since our last repair and In yet another example of excellent service the original AC at our home finally gave out after 25 years on a Wed. by Sat. Mohamed and his team had a brand new unit installed for a great price!

Just a shout out to Polar Express for a great job of running all new copper through the attic for the freon line to the outside unit. The ac just quit cooling, so I called my regular ac company and the guy came out and accessed the unit as I needed to replace the coils on the inside unit. The estimate was $5500,oo without warranty and $2000.00 with a warranty. This just didn't make common sense to me, so I called Pollar Express for a 2nd opinion. Polar accessed as I had a leak in my copper running to the unit. That made sense to me, since the copper runs in the slab and after years gets pin holes in the copper. The guy came at 10am the next morning and worked till 6:30pm running all new copper through the attic. Bam, we have cold ac again. Polar saved me at least $2,000.00 to $5000.00, since if I'd let the other company replace the coils the unit would have only worked till the freon leaked out again and I would have had to pay to have the copper replaced. Thanks Polar and his crew.

Jason went above and beyond to come and service my outside unit. He took the time to fix the issue, which had been caused by an animal getting inside the unit and blowing the capacitor, the animal carcass was still there 🙁 , but he also took the time to explain some of the details on how the unit worked. Polar Express had already done previous work years ago, and they did great. They've always come through. Years ago they installed a new Trane complete unit (inside handler and outside unit) and the complete unit is doing great till this day. I would recommend them for installs as well as any other type of AC service. Kudos guys...(Jason, Heather, Muhammed...)...

In a way, I'm glad our AC went out. It gave me the kick I needed to call Polar Express to come out and take a look at our unit!In all seriousness, these are great people. The reviews don't lie. I called and spoke with Heather in the office on Friday. She was super helpful and friendly! Derick was here fixing our AC on Saturday morning (no emergency or weekend fees either!).Within literal seconds of Derick taking a look at the air handler, the AC was running again. He quickly found the problem (clogged drain) and was working to get everything back up and running again. He even took the time to install a Nest thermostat for us even though that wasn't part of the reason he was there.We won't be calling anyone else for our HVAC needs. We have been without a/c and heat since the 1st of November due to damage for Hurricane Ian and waiting on finances to come through. After disappointing service from another company, I sought advice from a coworker and searched on the Neighborhood App to see who others had recommended in the area. The 1st one was Polar Express. I texted them right away, and within minutes, I received a response. Within 24 hours, Mohammad's smiling face was at my door waiting to inspect the damage and give us a responsible estimate for repair. In less than 30 minutes, he emailed me my estimate, I signed it and sent it back, and in less than a week later, he and Matthew were back at our home replacing our damaged duct work. They were both extremely professional. They got everything done quickly and made sure we were up and running and the house was cool before leaving. I highly recommend their services.

Mohamed K. and the team came right to the rescue and saved my house from catching a fire. I called in because I was hearing some sort of shock/spark noise. I 10 out of 10 recommend Polar Express AC and Heating! They are incredible! It's a teeny local business of just a handful of people, so deserve all the support they can get. They have been on time and early at both visits, the pricing is totally fair (and like half of what Frank Gay charged a few months back), and seriously so nice. The tech had the house cooling down within about 45 minutes and it is so flipping quiet in here now without all the fans and window ac going. We are all probably going to take a nap now that it isnt a total swamp in the house LOL

Our system started acting up and stopped working. After one call, Heather in the office had us setup for an appointment the next day. Derrick, the tech, arrived right on time and was able to diagnose the problem. They expedited ordering the part that needed to be replaced so that we were without ac for a minimal amount of time. Another tech, Mo, came out to replace the piece and within a few minutes of him being here we had ac once again. Great experience. Tried calling Polar Express to hire them as there's an issue with my AC unit drain being clogged and AC was shutdown. Being not sure what to do and how to fix and we were out of AC in hot summer day. The re were no appointments on the day I called and lady named Heather was attending my call and provided me with DIY instructions for about 5-7 minutes for free. It resolved my problem. Our AC unit was just not getting down to the temperature it normally would. I called an Not Mentioned company and they came out to look at it the next day. The tech messed around the inside air handler and managed to blow out the fan motor. He had to go get a replacement part and come back later the same day. He then went to the outside unit and determined the unit was low on cooling fluid. He says he put a pound of refrigerant in the system. He felt sure that would solve the problem. It did not. I then called Polar Air and Derick came out. Derick also started on the inside unit and took readings with his equipment. Derick then went outside and took measurements of different things and determined the capacitor that was supposed to be operating at 45 mfd was only 16 mfd. Derick was surprised it was even running at all. Derick replaced the capacitor that was on site with him. The measurements then showed that Derick needed to drain the overfilled coolant that had been placed in the unit previously by the not so adept prior technician. Derick is both adept and a professional. Thank you. We are Blessed.

Im 56 and this is the first time I’ve every left a comment about anything. I feel that strongly about sharing my experience. When the heat was blasting across the Nation All service companies were booked and appointments average 48 hrs including Polar Express. What does an HVAC Maintenance Plan from Polar Express A/C & Heating Include?
We offer several types of preventative maintenance plans to fit any residential budget and needs. Maintenance plans are the best way to ensure your system runs smoothly all year long. Our best value Residential plans are listed below. Please call for Commercial Plans quotes.

- Single System Plan - $269.95/year
Single system plan includes (2) Seasonal Tune Up Services and (2) Service Calls per year plus a 10% discount on any repairs throughout the year. ($397.90 value)
- Double System Plan - $399.95/year
A home with 2 systems can contract both systems. This includes (2) Seasonal Tune Up Services per system (must be scheduled for the same day/time) and (2) total Service Calls, not specific to which of the two units, plus a 10% discount on any repairs. ($557.90 value). Please puchase an Add-On plan for homes with 3 or more systems. An Add-on is required for each system above the 2 included in the Double System Plan.
Requires purchase of a Double System plan first. Includes (2) Seasonal Tune Up Services for one additional system beyond the 2 included in the Double System Plan. Combined, the plans still include (2) total Service Calls for the home. One add-on must be purchased for each system beyond the 2 included.
All maintenance plan customers get priority over non-customers. We strive to treat every customer with the highest priority as we know the heat in Florida can be brutal. Obviously, our maintenance plans are designed to prevent unplanned breakdowns but when they do occur, we will move our appointments around to get to you as fast as possible.

- Treating & Clearing drain lines
- Inspecting coils & spray/clean when possible
- Finally, the length of our plans are 365 day terms. We do not force January 1st renewals.
- Complete System Inspection (Evaporator coil, filter, blower motor, drain pan, water safety switch, condition of plenum, Armor-flex, Condenser coil/fins, compressor, fan motor/blades, emergency disconnect and electrical connections)
- Assess airflow (check registers & ductwork, where accessible)
- Treat & Clear drain lines
- Wash (water) condenser coil outside
- Check mechanical and electrical system operation
- Check capacitor ratings
- Ensure proper operating pressures and refrigerant levels
- Replace filter (provided by homeowner)

As others have said, this is an incredibly honest company. I initially reached out to them to install a couple of condenser blankets and do routine service on the units at a home we recently purchased. We were very pleased, so when one of our units suddenly stopped working yesterday, I immediately reached out to them for help. Heather was SO helpful. Once I described the problem, she knew exactly what had happened and talked me through how to fix it myself! You cannot ask for better service than that. We will definitely stay with these folks for any future work/maintenance and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone else who wants an honest HVAC company.

Wowed by the honesty of this company. I called various places before calling polar express. As soon I explained what was going on with my AC, the gentleman did not hesitate to tell me that it should be an easy fix and he didn’t want to charge me to come out if he didn’t have to. Where do I even begin? Never have I had so many good things to say about a company just from ONE service call. Our AC stopped working in the middle of the night during a heat advisory of course. I called in the morning and was lucky enough to get a same day appointment. Mohammed showed up over an hour earlier than scheduled and fixed our issue in a matter of minutes AND at a fair price. He also explained why we kept having this issue and gave recommendations on how to fix it. I ran into another problem when he left and called the office. I received their voicemail since they were tied up, so I hung up and tried Mohammed directly. He picked up immediately and walked me through the steps to fix it. Then, Jason from the office called me back just moments later. I was so surprised a company would actually call me back to see what I needed even though I didn’t leave a message. I will only use Polar Express going forward. They understand the importance of good service and truly care about getting the job done right!

I came home from the hospital only to find that at 2:30 on a Friday my AC was off and it was 92 degrees inside. I called and spoke to Jason and he said he had a cancellation and Derrick would be there as soon as he left his last job.Derrick arrived within an hour and checked it out, he determined that it did need replacing which I thought because of the age. I received a quote on Friday night and spoke to Mohammed on Saturday that they could install on Monday. The quote was very good with all the information I needed. I did not get my AC unit from them only because a coworker's husband has a company that I didn't know on Friday. They have a toddler and a baby on the way so I wanted to support them.If I didn't then I definitely would have been having Polar Express do the job!!!

Mohamed is by far the best in town. There have been several times that he has come through for myself and my family with solutions to the actual issues with our HVAC systems. Most recently, we were out of town with our mother in law house sitting when our air handler had a power issue. We called another company as I didn't have Mohamed's number on hand. They came out twice, wasted several days ordering parts and refused to repair our system insisting on replacement. Luckily I was able to reach out to Mohamed on Facebook, let him know of our troubles and he squeezed us in the same day. Literally 3 hours after we talked, the ac that another company assured us was completely dead was running like a champ. I won't call anyone else for service. Update: It has been two years since our last repair and In yet another example of excellent service the original AC at our home finally gave out after 25 years on a Wed. by Sat. Mohamed and his team had a brand new unit installed for a great price!

Just a shout out to Polar Express for a great job of running all new copper through the attic for the freon line to the outside unit. The ac just quit cooling, so I called my regular ac company and the guy came out and accessed the unit as I needed to replace the coils on the inside unit. The estimate was $5500,oo without warranty and $2000.00 with a warranty. This just didn't make common sense to me, so I called Pollar Express for a 2nd opinion. Polar accessed as I had a leak in my copper running to the unit. That made sense to me, since the copper runs in the slab and after years gets pin holes in the copper. The guy came at 10am the next morning and worked till 6:30pm running all new copper through the attic. Bam, we have cold ac again. Polar saved me at least $2,000.00 to $5000.00, since if I'd let the other company replace the coils the unit would have only worked till the freon leaked out again and I would have had to pay to have the copper replaced. Thanks Polar and his crew.

Jason went above and beyond to come and service my outside unit. He took the time to fix the issue, which had been caused by an animal getting inside the unit and blowing the capacitor, the animal carcass was still there 🙁 , but he also took the time to explain some of the details on how the unit worked. Polar Express had already done previous work years ago, and they did great. They've always come through. Years ago they installed a new Trane complete unit (inside handler and outside unit) and the complete unit is doing great till this day. I would recommend them for installs as well as any other type of AC service. Kudos guys...(Jason, Heather, Muhammed...)...

In a way, I'm glad our AC went out. It gave me the kick I needed to call Polar Express to come out and take a look at our unit!In all seriousness, these are great people. The reviews don't lie. I called and spoke with Heather in the office on Friday. She was super helpful and friendly! Derick was here fixing our AC on Saturday morning (no emergency or weekend fees either!).Within literal seconds of Derick taking a look at the air handler, the AC was running again. He quickly found the problem (clogged drain) and was working to get everything back up and running again. He even took the time to install a Nest thermostat for us even though that wasn't part of the reason he was there.We won't be calling anyone else for our HVAC needs. We have been without a/c and heat since the 1st of November due to damage for Hurricane Ian and waiting on finances to come through. After disappointing service from another company, I sought advice from a coworker and searched on the Neighborhood App to see who others had recommended in the area. The 1st one was Polar Express. I texted them right away, and within minutes, I received a response. Within 24 hours, Mohammad's smiling face was at my door waiting to inspect the damage and give us a responsible estimate for repair. In less than 30 minutes, he emailed me my estimate, I signed it and sent it back, and in less than a week later, he and Matthew were back at our home replacing our damaged duct work. They were both extremely professional. They got everything done quickly and made sure we were up and running and the house was cool before leaving. I highly recommend their services.

Mohamed K. and the team came right to the rescue and saved my house from catching a fire. I called in because I was hearing some sort of shock/spark noise. I couldn’t figure out exactly where it was coming from. Mohamed came in and immediately solved the issue. I had an overflow and the leak from the A/C was hitting a set of wires cause the sparks. I 10 out of 10 recommend Polar Express AC and Heating! They are incredible! It's a teeny local business of just a handful of people, so deserve all the support they can get. They have been on time and early at both visits, the pricing is totally fair (and like half of what Frank Gay charged a few months back), and seriously so nice. The tech had the house cooling down within about 45 minutes and it is so flipping quiet in here now without all the fans and window ac going. We are all probably going to take a nap now that it isnt a total swamp in the house LOL

Our system started acting up and stopped working. After one call, Heather in the office had us setup for an appointment the next day. Derrick, the tech, arrived right on time and was able to diagnose the problem. They expedited ordering the part that needed to be replaced so that we were without ac for a minimal amount of time. Another tech, Mo, came out to replace the piece and within a few minutes of him being here we had ac once again. Great experience. Tried calling Polar Express to hire them as there's an issue with my AC unit drain being clogged and AC was shutdown. Being not sure what to do and how to fix and we were out of AC in hot summer day. The re were no appointments on the day I called and lady named Heather was attending my call and provided me with DIY instructions for about 5-7 minutes for free. It resolved my problem. Our AC unit was just not getting down to the temperature it normally would. I called an Not Mentioned company and they came out to look at it the next day. The tech messed around the inside air handler and managed to blow out the fan motor. He had to go get a replacement part and come back later the same day. He then went to the outside unit and determined the unit was low on cooling fluid. He says he put a pound of refrigerant in the system. He felt sure that would solve the problem. It did not. I then called Polar Air and Derick came out. Derick also started on the inside unit and took readings with his equipment. Derick then went outside and took measurements of different things and determined the capacitor that was supposed to be operating at 45 mfd was only 16 mfd. Derick was surprised it was even running at all. Derick replaced the capacitor that was on site with him. The measurements then showed that Derick needed to drain the overfilled coolant that had been placed in the unit previously by the not so adept prior technician. Derick is both adept and a professional. Thank you. We are Blessed.

Im 56 and this is the first time I’ve every left a comment about anything. I feel that strongly about sharing my experience. When the heat was blasting across the Nation All service companies were booked and appointments average 48 hrs including Polar Express. Our A/C was out and we had guest coming and when mentioned to Mohamed he said he’d squeeze me in. He fixed it and told me what I needed to do to keep my 26 year old system blowing cold. I’m impressed with his generosity and knowledge of his craft. I strongly recommend to call Polar Express the next time your in need!Kevin in Orlando.
