Thermostat on, but not cooling

Completed diagnostic and found the blower motor not running.
After contacting Lennox we replaced the indoor blower motor and charged system with 2lbs of R-410a. Finally our technician checked the compressor amps and the system was running well.
Service for tstat

Customer called and said the RH wire that carries the power is suddenly reporting as not working.
Upon inspection we found no power to the tstat and found wires badly exposed at thermostat, we removed the old tstat and fixed the wiring along with securing it properly to base for the client, the transformer was also replaced. The customer was very happy.
2 system tune up service

Customer saw a blurb we wrote about algae build up and white slime on coils and in drains. Office explained to him why this occurs, he was offered options for Tune Up as well as PM Contract on each system.
Upon inspection white slime was discharging in the back of the unit.
Customer went ahead with tune-up for both systems.
