While I had a misunderstanding with this company in the past, I decided to give them another chance based on positive word-of-mouth from my neighbors. I’m glad I did.We recently replaced a problematic 4-year-old builder-grade Lennox system with a new Rheem unit. Here is why I’d recommend them:1. Their quote was the most competitive of the four I received, aligning perfectly with market rates for the Rheem system.2. Polar Express replaced our AC unit over a year ago, and it’s been running perfectly ever since! Heather and her team provide exceptional customer service. When I needed a new thermostat, they upgraded us to a much better model and even included a box of filters that will last us a long time. They stuck to their schedule, worked efficiently, and did an excellent job. Of course, our AC went out in August—but they went above and beyond by providing a window unit to keep part of our home cool while we waited for the new system. Polar Express has earned a lifelong customer!

Polar Express AC was easy to work with prior to the appointment and leading up to the appointment. During the appointment Derek performed an AC tune up on my residential unit. He checked all the necessary electrical components, coolant pressures, and cleaned the coils. Derek was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will use Polar Express AC for future needs.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Our AC has been running weird for weeks and froze up on Monday. It took two days to diagnose the leaking evaporator coil (had to wait for the coil to thaw) and then another two days to get the part and on the schedule for replacement. That's no fault on them... it's August and everyone is having AC problems. It's all fixed now and huge shout out to Derrick and Mohammad for all their work getting our AC back on!

Can't recommend this company enough! It's super impressive how responsive they are, even on nights and weekends. Living in Florida, you know how scary it is when your A/C konks out in summer. First thing you should do is reach out to this company. They answer immediately and try to assist over the phone first. If they do need to come out, they give a fair quote that is cheaper than all the other companies in the area (and the work is top notch). Next time your A/C dies, don't panic and contact this company!

Once again Polar Express to the rescue!! Mo came earlier than scheduled and fixed my issue in less than 30 mins like was clogged badly and after trying ourselves it wouldn't unclog. Mo fixed it gave us tips on how to keep it clear in the future and the price. Well let me tell you. It was so worth it and not nowhere what I was expecting. I called Polar this morning due to AC blowing only warm air. They were able to come out same day to assess. The tech was incredibly professional and kind. My system is quite aged so I would not have been surprised having to replace it, but they were able to fix it by replacing a part instead. This to me is a HUGE credit to their honesty and respect for customers. I’ll be using them for preventative maintenance and when I finally need that new system.

I am not the type that normally writes reviews. But realizing that there are others out there, as I was a few weeks ago, searching for a good HVAC contractor, I felt compelled to share my thoughts. I needed a new HVAC system to be installed in my house. I contacted several contractors for quotes on different systems. What I got was several sales people trying to sell me systems that I did not want, or were not suitable for me. Polar Express turned out to be that HVAC contractor that I was hoping to find. They run a real professional company. They listen to what the customer wants. They do not try to push you in a certain direction that may be more beneficial for their interest. They offer a good selection of brand name equipment at good prices. And they have highly skilled installers. They keep their promises and make the entire process hassle free. I most certainly would be recommending them to friends and family, who could use their services.

Polar Express came out to my location and saw what kind of hack job pure energy solutions did. they immediately got one of their contracts guys to come out and did all the necessary repairs and upgrades to get my air conditioning back to code.Please please please use polar Express for any A/c issues you have. I called Polar Express with a problem involving my air handler motor. Another contractor said they could fix it for $3,200. Polar Express was able to complete the job for $2,100 and we had AC within 24 hours. As a result, I'm having Polar Express install my new system?

Our 14 year-old HVAC unit decided to give up the ghost a few days ago. It turned out the unit was never installed properly, even though code's signed off on it. I reached out to Heather at Polar Express around midnight on Monday. Heather reached out to me early the next morning and had one of her guys (Shaq) on site for an inspection early Tuesday morning. As it turned out, not only was the repair going to be cost prohibitive, but our plenum was absolutely infested with moist, black mold. This is because the previous installer, Crums, did not seal the plenum correctly. Sadly, codes never checked it.Thanks to Heather, Shaq and Mohammad, we were able to select an entire new HVAC system by the end of the day on Tuesday. At 9 AM on Thursday morning, Rafal, arrived and started the removal of the old system and installation of the new Carrier/Bryant HVAC system. Rafal did an exceptional installation of the new system and corrected so much that was wrong with the venting of the old. He completely replaced the plenum and did a masterful, dare I say, artful job of connecting the new system with the upper part of the plenum in the attic. Our air has never been cleaner, and there are no hotspots throughout the home. We can actually run our system in a much more efficient manner now.We wish to thank everyone at Polar Express for their kindness, prompt arrival and complete professionalism throughout the process. These things are always traumatic because of the costs associated. When you have people that care, it helps to lessen that trauma. My wife and I highly recommend reaching out to Heather and her team for service, repairs or replacement of your HVAC system.

Polar Express replaced our AC unit over a year ago, and it’s been running perfectly ever since! Heather and her team provide exceptional customer service. When I needed a new thermostat, they upgraded us to a much better model and even included a box of filters that will last us a long time. They stuck to their schedule, worked efficiently, and did an excellent job. Of course, our AC went out in August—but they went above and beyond by providing a window unit to keep part of our home cool while we waited for the new system. I can't say enough good things about this company. Our AC has been running weird for weeks and froze up on Monday. It took two days to diagnose the leaking evaporator coil (had to wait for the coil to thaw) and then another two days to get the part and on the schedule for replacement. That's no fault on them... it's August and everyone is having AC problems. It's all fixed now and huge shout out to Derrick and Mohammad for all their work getting our AC back on!

Can't recommend this company enough! It's super impressive how responsive they are, even on nights and weekends. Living in Florida, you know how scary it is when your A/C konks out in summer. First thing you should do is reach out to this company. They answer immediately and try to assist over the phone first. If they do need to come out, they give a fair quote that is cheaper than all the other companies in the area (and the work is top notch). Once again Polar Express to the rescue!! Mo came earlier than scheduled and fixed my issue in less than 30 mins like was clogged badly and after trying ourselves it wouldn't unclog. Mo fixed it gave us tips on how to keep it clear in the future and the price. Well let me tell you. It was so worth it and not nowhere what I was expecting. I called Polar this morning due to AC blowing only warm air. They were able to come out same day to assess. The tech was incredibly professional and kind. My system is quite aged so I would not have been surprised having to replace it, but they were able to fix it by replacing a part instead. This to me is a HUGE credit to their honesty and respect for customers. I’ll be using them for preventative maintenance and when I finally need that new system.

I am not the type that normally writes reviews. But realizing that there are others out there, as I was a few weeks ago, searching for a good HVAC contractor, I felt compelled to share my thoughts. I needed a new HVAC system to be installed in my house. I contacted several contractors for quotes on different systems. What I got was several sales people trying to sell me systems that I did not want, or were not suitable for me. Polar Express turned out to be that HVAC contractor that I was hoping to find. They run a real professional company. They listen to what the customer wants. They do not try to push you in a certain direction that may be more beneficial for their interest. They offer a good selection of brand name equipment at good prices. And they have highly skilled installers. They keep their promises and make the entire process hassle free. I most certainly would be recommending them to friends and family, who could use their services.

Our 14 year-old HVAC unit decided to give up the ghost a few days ago. It turned out the unit was never installed properly, even though code's signed off on it. I reached out to Heather at Polar Express around midnight on Monday. Heather reached out to me early the next morning and had one of her guys (Shaq) on site for an inspection early Tuesday morning. As it turned out, not only was the repair going to be cost prohibitive, but our plenum was absolutely infested with moist, black mold. This is because the previous installer, Crums, did not seal the plenum correctly. Sadly, codes never checked it.Thanks to Heather, Shaq and Mohammad, we were able to select an entire new HVAC system by the end of the day on Tuesday. At 9 AM on Thursday morning, Rafal, arrived and started the removal of the old system and installation of the new Carrier/Bryant HVAC system. Rafal did an exceptional installation of the new system and corrected so much that was wrong with the venting of the old. He completely replaced the plenum and did a masterful, dare I say, artful job of connecting the new system with the upper part of the plenum in the attic. Our air has never been cleaner, and there are no hotspots throughout the home. We can actually run our system in a much more efficient manner now.We wish to thank everyone at Polar Express for their kindness, prompt arrival and complete professionalism throughout the process. These things are always traumatic because of the costs associated. When you have people that care, it helps to lessen that trauma. My wife and I highly recommend reaching out to Heather and her team for service, repairs or replacement of your HVAC system.
