Customer called after noticing a musty smell coming from her A/C unit. The technician and customer noted upon visit the smell was no longer present. Some biological growth was noticed on then drain pan and cleaned. Customer was recommended to call if the smell returned, and/or schedule duct cleaning.

Customer wanted a basic service on their air conditioning. to make sure everything was working smoothly.
Upon inspection the refrigerant was found to be very low, as was the capacitor which needed replacing.

Diagnostic on System Switched off for 1 Year

Unit had been switched off for 1 year and wouldn’t turn on. The A/C was blowing a fuse and the issue had been pinpointed to the connector coil. When replaced the A/C was working and cooling normally.
