Customer on Lakeview Park Road, called saying they had noticed a musty smell/odor and suspected an A/C Issue.
Our technician turned up at the property and at the time the customer was saying that there wasn’t so much a smell that day. Both our technician and the customer noted there was no electrical smell or similar. There was no noted cause for concern.
After an inspection it was found that the drain pan was a little dirty with a small amount of biological growth. Our technician cleaned the drain pan with lemon scent coil cleaner.
Before leaving the customer was recommended to call again if they noticed the smell again, and perhaps they may want to look at air duct cleaning.
