A property management company in Kissimmee called early December 2021 with a system that was continually running in cooling mode. The unit could cool and not shut off until the temperature was reached. The customer tried to switch the thermostat but this did not resolve the issue.

We visited the property on Van Loon Court Kissimmee on December 3rd 2021.
Our technician completed a diagnostic on the system and found that there was a bad thermostat. After client approval the thermostat was replaced and the A/C ran and shut off on demand. After testing heating it was found there was a short in a wire from the air handler to the condenser.
With courtesy we did not charge for the wire repair, only then thermostat replacement.
