Customer just wanted to have a basic check his system to make sure it was working well.
The customer on New Independance Parkway had an older Lennox A/C system.
Upon inspection our technician found:
- 40×5 dual capacitor extremely low and needing replacement
- Refrigerant extremely low
Client had house warranty and called to determine if Polar Express could be used as the company for repairs.
The recommendation was to replace the capacitor.
The customer did not leave a comment but kindly left a 5 star rating on Google.
