Polar Express came to our rescue!! The AC in both our house and my daughter’s house went out just one day apart. Mohamed came to our homes to assess and then give an estimate right away. I can't say enough good things about this company. Our AC has been running weird for weeks and froze up on Monday. It took two days to diagnose the leaking evaporator coil (had to wait for the coil to thaw) and then another two days to get the part and on the schedule for replacement. That's no fault on them... it's August and everyone is having AC problems. It's all fixed now and huge shout out to Derrick and Mohammad for all their work getting our AC back on!

Since 2021 I have gone to Polar Express for our A/C system needs. Everyone from the technicians to the owners are going to treat you right. If your situation is like mine and you end up needing a completely new system you will find their pricing is reasonable. My AC was wiped out by a lightning strike and I reached out to Polar Express due to an electrician’s recommendation and because they were based near my neighborhood. I got a 2pm appointment for the next day (Monday), yet Muhammad (sp?) was able to come earlier because of a cancellation. He quickly diagnosed a fried circuit board and within an hour I received a text with a quote and confirmation they’d have a replacement by the next afternoon. He returned within the promised timeframe and made quick work of installing and testing the system. From step one, Polar Express was a literal pleasure to work with, and Muhammad was an absolute pro. If your system has issues, give them a call. You won’t be sorry.

Can't recommend this company enough! It's super impressive how responsive they are, even on nights and weekends. Living in Florida, you know how scary it is when your A/C konks out in summer. First thing you should do is reach out to this company. They answer immediately and try to assist over the phone first. If they do need to come out, they give a fair quote that is cheaper than all the other companies in the area (and the work is top notch). Next time your A/C dies, don't panic and contact this company!
