This customer requested maintenance on his two systems at his Winter Garden property close to Saw Grass Lake, Windermere.
Our technician Derick turned up at the property. Among the maintenance tasks included:
- Adding 2lbs r410a refrigerant to the main unit.
- Cleaning up microbial growth buildup in the air-handler
- Flushing out the drains
Derick recommended adding an ultraviolet lamp to the airhandler on the second floor to help prevent future bacterial buildup.
The client was very interested in the UV light and was grateful for the recommendation. He requested a quote to install the ultraviolet light which was provided.
