A long-standing commercial customer called because one of their properties just northeast of St Cloud had a no cooling problem, just two weeks into June – so getting pretty hot.
On inspection our technician Mohamed found that the system was shutting down from the condensate switch overflowing. The drain was severely clogged. Our technician applied pressure to the pipe to clear it and a solid foreign object flew out of the pipe – possibly cement from new construction, since the home was built less than a year ago.
