Customer on Valhalla Way called in early August saying her main unit wasn’t running.
The tech turned up and found that the motor module was bad, causing the fan to not run.
Two days later our technician Joe installed a new blower motor and the fan was then operational.
The customer called again and said that the system still wasn’t cooling. Our tech returned the next day and found the compressor not running. The original start assist was not working. The compressor start assist was replaced and the refrigerant charged and the system was cooling normally. The customer was left happy.
Finally a month later the customer called again to state that she was still getting no cooling. Mohamad our technician diagnosed a blown start cap assist, which he replaced at no charge to the customer. The system was cooling and the customer was satisfied with the outcome.
